Simon helps performers to…

  • Dissolve the barriers that stop them from realising their potential.
  • Create simplicity & focus.
  • Release their mental hand-brake.
  • Crack under-performance cycles, performance anxiety, lack of confidence or poor form.
  • Bust performance plateaus.
  • Boost motivation.
  • Create rock-solid confidence.
  • Develop true mental strength.
  • Engineer peak performance states.
  • Unlock their creativity.
  • Build consistent optimal performance

He says, “The secrets to consistently hitting peak performance are within everybody’s grasp. Some people stumble across successful formulas without realising them, and some don’t even know it when they’ve got it. Many coaches, players and athletes are frustrated that they can perform exceptionally well one day and then under-perform the next.

My work in sport helps coaches, players and athletes to engineer peak performance”.
