Neil's unique approach looks at how technique can effect efficiency and performance and then marries it up with how your body wants to subconsciously move and deal with the forces acting on it.

Exercises are then given to switch muscles on subconsciously allowing the body to complete movements with better technique and therefore more efficiently. 
This can then lead to you being able to generate more power increasing performance whilst reducing the risk of injury. The fact that you're effecting the body on a subconscious level allows for rapid results.
 
Neil has consulted for a number of professional athletes including Premiership and International footballers and tour golfers in the areas of injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
